1. Order Confirmation

Once your order for flowers, cakes, or event décor is confirmed (via WhatsApp or in-store), our team begins preparation immediately. Confirmation includes payment receipt, design approval (if any), and event details.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made within 1 hour of placing the order and before work or product preparation has started. For urgent or same-day deliveries, cancellations are not allowed once preparation begins.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

• Order cancelled within 1 hour of confirmation and before preparation starts.
• Item delivered in damaged or spoiled condition (verified with clear proof on delivery).
• Incorrect order delivered due to our mistake.

Refunds are not applicable for personalized cakes, customized bouquets, or décor services already in progress.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method or through UPI/bank transfer as applicable. Customers must provide valid payment details for refund completion.

5. Replacement Policy

If the delivered item is defective, wilted, or not as described, we offer a free replacement within 2 hours of delivery, subject to product availability. Customers must share photo proof immediately upon delivery.

6. Event & Décor Bookings

For event, marriage, or decoration bookings, an advance payment is required to confirm the slot. In case of cancellation:

• 75% refund if cancelled 7 days before the event.
• 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before the event.
• No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the event date.

7. Non-Refundable Items

• Customized or name-written cakes.
• Fresh flower arrangements already prepared or delivered.
• Special imported décor items ordered on request.
