These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Flower N Flowers (Cake’s Korner), located at Super Bazar Complex, SBI Square, Yavatmal, Maharashtra – 445001. By accessing or making a purchase through our website, WhatsApp, or in-store, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
Flower N Flowers offers floral arrangements, cake orders, and complete event decoration services for weddings, engagements, parties, and other occasions. We serve both individual customers and corporate clients within Yavatmal and nearby areas.
All prices are subject to change based on market availability of flowers, materials, and designs. Orders are confirmed only after receiving full or advance payment via UPI, cash, or other accepted methods. In case of any pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct them before final confirmation.
We aim to deliver all floral and cake orders within the agreed time frame. However, delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or traffic conditions within Yavatmal. For event decorations, clients are requested to confirm hall access and timing at least 48 hours in advance.
Occasionally, specific flowers or cake decorations may be unavailable. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute them with items of similar or higher value while maintaining the theme and overall appearance of the order.
Cancellations for standard flower or cake orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. For event décor or wedding bookings, cancellations made within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for refunds due to material preparation and booking commitments. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days.
We take utmost care in delivering fresh flowers, hygienic cakes, and safe decorations. However, Flower N Flowers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delivery delays, third-party services, or misuse of our products.
Users agree not to misuse our website, digital content, or brand name for unauthorized commercial use. All text, images, and designs displayed are intellectual property of Flower N Flowers and protected under Indian Copyright Law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Yavatmal, Maharashtra.
