Shipping & Delivery Policy 🚚

1. Service Coverage

We currently deliver within Yavatmal city and nearby areas through our partner Shipix Logistics. Delivery to rural or out-of-city locations may be subject to availability and additional charges.

2. Delivery Timings

• Standard flower and cake deliveries are made between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
• Same-day orders are accepted until 6:00 PM, depending on stock and delivery slot.
• Event and décor materials are delivered and installed as per the confirmed booking schedule.

3. Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares the items and hands them to Shipix Logistics for safe transport. Tracking or delivery updates are provided via call or WhatsApp. Customers are requested to ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the selected slot.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery within Yavatmal municipal limits is usually free for orders above ₹499. A small logistics fee may apply for out-of-radius or urgent deliveries, as determined by Shipix Logistics.

5. Handling & Quality

All products are carefully packed and handled to ensure freshness and quality on arrival. Cakes are transported in temperature-controlled conditions where possible. If a delay occurs due to weather, traffic, or other operational issues, our team will keep you informed.

6. Failed Delivery

In case the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, our delivery team will attempt one re-delivery or call the customer. If unsuccessful, the order will be marked as “Delivered Attempted” and no refund will be issued for perishable items.

7. Damage or Delay

If a product arrives damaged or significantly delayed due to logistics issues, please report within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Our team will coordinate with Shipix Logistics for replacement or resolution on priority.
